Host a group trip in Zanzibar

Set the plan once — where the group is going, when, how many travelers and who it is for. Travelers then ask to join, you decide who is accepted, and a verified local guide can apply to lead it.

The essentials

Dates are Zanzibar (East Africa) calendar dates, and the trip must end on a later day than it starts.

Up to 10 people in total, counting you and the assigned guide. Pending requests hold no place.

A JPEG, PNG or WebP image up to 5 MB, at least 800px on its shortest side.

Pick up to 5. Travelers search by these, so choose what the group will actually do.

The advertised cost per person. ZanGo charges credits only — it never collects this money, so the group settles it directly.

Language and who can join

The group language is what the group will use. A language-based group is a real restriction: ZanGo refuses a traveler or guide who does not speak the required language (a profile with no language on it is left to your decision, never silently refused).

Who can join and the age preference are your group's stated preferences. ZanGo does not verify age or gender, so every traveler still asks to join and you decide who is accepted.

Before you publish

Creating the trip charges credits to your balance as soon as the trip exists, and credits are never refunded — not when you cancel the trip, and not when a traveler or guide leaves.
