What to include when you contact us
- Your ZanGo account email address or phone number.
- Your device model and app version.
- A short description of what happened.
- A screenshot if the issue is visible on screen.
- The booking, trip, or purchase details if your issue is tied to one.
Booking and payment support
ZanGo helps tourists and tour guides coordinate trips, but guide and traveler payments happen directly between the participants outside the app. If you contact support about a payment dispute, we can review relevant platform activity, but we do not process or hold those funds.
